How Sami works a second claim
The first thing I ask is who else was there: another driver, another contractor, the company that made the machine. Then I make sure the evidence is kept before it's repaired or thrown away.
I coordinate the injury claim with the comp claim from the start, so the repayment comp is owed doesn't swallow the recovery.
