What we receive

If you send the form, we receive what you type: your name, how to reach you and what you tell us about your injury. Our web host also logs routine technical details of each visit, such as browser type and pages viewed.

What we do with it

We use it to call you back, to check that we have no conflict of interest, and to keep the site running. We don't sell it. We share it only with the services that run our office and this site.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we keep your message only as long as conflict checks require. Client files are kept for the periods the rules for lawyers set.
